RC Talent Management works only with verified creators aged 18 and over. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Creator applications. When you complete our intake form we collect the details you enter, which can include your legal name, date of birth, address, phone number, email, payout preference, stage name, social handles, content boundaries and production details.

Messages and reviews. If you contact us or leave a review, we collect your name or stage name, email and message.

We do not collect government ID images, bank numbers or tax ID numbers through this website.

How we use it

We use your information only to review your application, complete platform age and identity verification, set up and manage your accounts, reply to your messages, and publish reviews you've asked us to publish.

How we store and protect it

Form submissions are stored on our own web server in a private location that is not publicly accessible, and are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We do not use third-party form services, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers.

We share information with the platforms you work on (such as OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue or Passes) only as needed to verify and set up your accounts, with your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're working together and as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. If you apply and we don't move forward, you can ask us to delete your application at any time.
